Guest Regulations and Policies
- This information will ensure your own comfort and the comfort of your family and friends while staying at Kias Villa. Please familiarize yourself with our rules and policies and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
Confirmation of Booking
- Please note that one night deposit is required within 3 working days from booking date, to reserve your actual dates of stay. A DAMAGE DEPOSIT is also required when depositing your payment. PLEASE BE ADVISED TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR DEPOSIT SLIP ALONG WITH ONE FORM OF I.D MUST BE PROVIDED(DRIVER’S PERMIT, ID CARD OR PASSPORT) Check-in is not before 2:00 pm and Check-out time is NO LATER than 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out fees will apply. If applicable, Security Deposit of $1,500 TTD.
CANCELLATION
- 3 weeks prior to your arrival - 25% of the balance paid plus your damage deposit will be refunded. 1 week prior to your arrival you will only be refunded your damage deposit.
- Switching of dates can only be done 1 time only, at least 1 month prior to arrival.
- PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT KIAS VILLA RENTAL is SOLELY FOR VACATION PURPOSES ONLY, AND MUST NOT BE USED FOR ANY OTHER FUNCTIONS OR EVENTS WITH LOUD MUSIC OR ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA PERSON ACCOMMODATING THE VILLA UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
- IF FOUND, THIS WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY or additional person charge, AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT HAVING THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CONTINUED ACCOMMODATIONS AND NON-REFUND OF TOTAL PAYMENTS MADE.KIAS MANAGEMENT is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS or DAMAGE PERSONAL POSSESSION caused during stay.
