Kias Villa – Guest Regulations and Policies

This information is designed to ensure your comfort, as well as the comfort of your family and friends, during your stay at Kias Villa. Please review our rules and policies carefully, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Confirmation of Booking

• A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required within 2 business days of booking to secure your reservation.
• A refundable damage deposit of 1,000 TTD is also required at the time of payment.
• To confirm your booking, please provide:
  1. A scanned copy of your deposit slip/proof of payment
  2. A valid ID (Driver’s Permit, National ID Card, or Passport)

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 25% of the balance paid + the full damage deposit will be refunded.
• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: Only the damage deposit will be refunded.
• Date changes: Allowed once, if requested at least 1 month before arrival.
  
  House Rules
  
• Kias Villa is rented exclusively for vacation purposes. It may not be used for parties, events, or functions with loud music.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the villa. Additional persons must be approved at the time of booking and may incur an extra guest charge.
• Unauthorized events, loud disturbances, or unapproved additional guests may result in:
  • A penalty or additional charges, and/or
  • Immediate termination of stay without refund.

Liability
Kias Villa Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
